What is the process of changing my email address?

To transfer your information accurately to a new email address and Seekerspot login, please utilize our Change Email tool. Please note that you must have access to the original Seekerspot account to carry out these steps.

Change your Email Address: First, log in to your Seekerspot account and select the “User Dashboard” tab, where you can find the “Profile” link. Change your email address from there and Seekerspot will dispatch a confirmation email to the newly entered email address.

In case you are unable to locate the confirmation email in your inbox, kindly check your spam or junk tab. To finalize the change, click on the confirmation link within the email sent to your new email inbox. Once this process is completed, Seekerspot will start sending notifications to your new email address.

Error Message: In case you encounter an error message, probably, an account is already linked with the email address you are attempting to enter.

We cannot consolidate two active Seekerspot accounts, therefore, you must close the account associated with the email address you intend to use before requesting any changes.

Inaccessible Email: If you are unable to access your old email address, you may reach out to your email provider and attempt the account recovery steps suggested by them to regain access.
